How to change my annual for monthly plan?

The change is only possible at the end of the annual subscription, before the next invoice is charged. Once the annual subscription has been chosen, it will only be possible to switch to the monthly plan when the purchased period ends.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce your annual subscription to a monthly subscription. You can cancel the subscription on your device by following the instructions below, but as long as you have already paid it, even if you cancel it, you will still have access to the content until the annual subscription ends next year.

How can I change my monthly subscription for an annual subscription?

You can change your subscription from monthly to annual by canceling your current subscription and then re-signing up for an annual subscription, however, you also have the option to change inside the App, on your “profile” , then “change subscription” button.

How can I disable the auto-renewal function of my subscription?

The cancellation steps may change, depending on where you signed up:

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store:

1. Open the Settings application
2.Swipe down to "iTunes and App Store"
3.Click on your AppleID account email
4.Select "View AppleID" (you may be asked to login)
5.Click on "Subscriptions"
6.Select the Youtunein subscription
7. Click "Cancel Subscription" to disable automatic renewal at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via the Google Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2.Tap Menu (three small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play"
3.Touch Subscriptions
4.Find the subscription you want to cancel
5.Touch Cancel

How do I change my email and password?

To change your email or password, you must click "Edit Profile" in the app settings.

I forgot the email or password I registered. What should I do?

To reset your password, you can click on “I forgot my password”, and follow the instructions.

How to request a refund?

For refunds requested at the Apple Store, unfortunately the decision and refund process is carried out exclusively by the Apple Store. This is for all apps, not just Youtunein.

Google Play guarantees a refund within two days of purchase. However, if more days have passed, there is no refund.

Meditation keeps cutting off, what should I do?

This issue may be related to the internet connection. You can try accessing the app in a place where the connection is better or download meditation and listen to it offline, wherever and whenever you want.
Also make sure your app version is up to date, update it, i.e. update it in your store, Apple Store, or Google Play Store.

I deleted the app and downloaded it again, and now I can't log in anymore. Why?

You can use the app on any device, but you need to use it one at the time, if you are logged in and delete the app without “logging out”, the system will understand it as “logged in”.
It is necessary to “log out” of the account to enter another device.

Youtunein offers an auto-renewing yearly subscription, and that comes with 7 Days FREE, in those 7 days, you will have 100% access to the app and will be charged after the 7-day period for the selected plan, if you do not want to continue after the FREE period, the cancellation must occur 24 hours before the 7-day period ends.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless automatic renewal is turned off 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

Will I lose my profile information or subscription to a new device?

After creating a Youtunein account on your old phone, any session history or subscription information o this device will be synchronized with your account, so that you can access it from other devices, just log in to the account.

Itunes and Google Play are two different stores, if you buy from Itunes or Google, and change phones with a new operating system, the purchase must be done again by the store on your current device, if you still want to keep the app on your phone.

Moving from Android to iOS.

If your subscription was purchased through your Google Play account, you will need to cancel your current Youtunein subscription on your Google Play account, because your new phone no longer has Google Play. To do this, go to the Google Play Store website, click on 'Account' in the menu on the left and scroll down to the Subscriptions section.

Moving from iOS to Android

If your Youtunein subscription was purchased through your iTunes account, you will need to cancel your current Youtunein subscription on your iTunes account, because your new phone no longer has iTunes.

You can do this through the iTunes on another device or contacting Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.

After your subscription ends, you will need to renew your new device to continue using Youtunein.

How to use the offline mode?

To listen to a meditation in Off-line mode, you need to download it. There is a button to download the track. Once the meditation is downloaded, you can find the downloaded tracks on “MyTunein” Button. There you will be able to listen to the selected track Off-line.
It's important to state that the “App” does not open Off-line, you have to have the “MyTunein” opened in order to listen to the tracks Off-line.
This functionality is made for you to save “Data” from your phone, not having to download your favorite ones every time.

How do I delete my account?

If you are no longer interested in using Youtunein, send an "account deletion" request to support@youtunein.com and include the email address of the account you would like to delete from our system.

When a Youtunein Account is deleted, the data associated with the account is anonymized and all personal details are removed from Youtunein. All questions related to your data should be consulted in the Terms of Use, Privacy and Subscription, available on this website and in your “profile” within the app.

When an account is deleted, the complete session history and all saved sessions are deleted.
